Eligibility Criteria for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Jobs 2016 :
Age : Candidates should have completed 18 year and not be more then 35 years for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars), Scheduled Tribes and Destitute Widows of all castes & Candidates should have completed 18 year and not be more then 32 years for Most Backward Classes / Denotified Communities, Backward Classes and Backward Classes (Muslims) & Candidates should have completed 18 year and not be more then 30 years for all Others as on 01 July 2016.
Educational Qualification : Candidates should have passed S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies for the post of Junior Assistant/Bill Collector/Field Surveyor & Draftsman, S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies and Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or) by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil for the post of Typist, S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies and Must have passed the Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and in Shorthand by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English or by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/Junior Grade in English OR by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil for the post of Steno-Typist.
Selection Process : Candidates Selection will be based on Written Examination & Oral Test.
Application Fee : Candidates should be pay Rs. 75/- Candidates have to Register their basic particulars through One -Time Registration which is mandatory on payment of Rs. 50/- towards registration fee. Candidates have to pay application fee in the form of Online. SC/ST/Differently Abled Persons are exempted from the payment of application.
