Eligible Criteria for HPCL Biofuels Jobs 2016 -

Age :- Candidates Upper age Limit is 57 years for the post of Management  &  Candidates Upper age Limit is 55 year for the post Non Management /Seasonal as on 01 August 2016.

Educational Qualification :- Candidates should  have a M.Sc In Microbiology or B.Sc with DIFAT  or B.Sc in Agriculture or M.Sc in Agriculture or BE in either Mech/Elec/Chem Engg. With NSI/VSI with relevant experience for the post of Management, SSC or equivalent with 1st Class Boiler Attendant certification or ITI – Fitter or SSC or equivalent with ITI(Fitter/Electrician) or Matric or Dip./Dig. Pharmacy with relevant experience for the post of Non Management Vacancies,  Matric or Matric + SBCC Mandatory or B.Sc (Chemistry) or Intermediate with ITI Mechanical or Electrical with relevant experience for the post of Seasonal.

Selection Process  :- The Candidates will be selected based on  shortlisted in personal interview will be required to attend for Negotiation on the same day.Final Shortlisting of candidates for appointment is subject to Medical Fitness. Reference for medical examination in No way  constitutes an offer of employment. It may also be noted that the Final selection/offer of employment will be based on the candidates score in personal interview and Negotiation of CTC subject to Medical  Fitness  and  also  fulfilment  of  other  eligibility  criteria  with  respect  to  Academic  Qualification,  Age,  Caste,  NOC, Relieving Letter etc. as may be applicable.
