Eligibility Criteria for Indian Space Research Organisation Jobs 2016 :

Age : Candidates Upper age Limit is  25 year for the post of Fireman/Driver-cum-
Operator & 35 year for the post of all as on 17 August 2016

Age Relaxation :
1.SC/ST Candidates - 5 years
2.OBC Candidates - 3 years
3.Ex-Servicemen  and  Persons  with  Disabilities  (PWD)  are eligible  for upper age relaxation as per Government of India Rules.

Educational Qualification : Candidates should  have  First Class Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Computer Science Engineering for the post of Technical Assistant, SSLC/SSC passed with ITI in Fitter/Welder/ Electronic Mechanic Trade NCVT with NTC/NAC for the post of Technician, SSLC/SSC pass Should satisfy the prescribed Physical Fitness/Endurance Test Standards for the post of Fireman, SSLC/SSC pass with valid HVD license 3  years  experience  as  HVD  (should  have been acquired after obtaining license) Should   satisfy   the   prescribed   Physical Fitness/Endurance Test Standards  for the post of Driver-cum-Operator.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on on Written Test & Skill Test with minimum 60% marks.In case of a tie in written test scores, the academic scores of the notified qualification shall be the tie breaker.

Application Fee : Candidates should be pay Rs. 250/- for the Posts of Mechanical,Electronics, Medical Officer,Computer Science   & Rs. 100/- for Other Posts  through any branch of State Bank of India by a challan which  will  be  provided  on  On-line  application. through Challan. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the payment of application fee.

How to Apply : Eligible and Interested candidates may apply Online through the website (http://isro.gov.in) on or before 17 August 2016. The hardcopy of Online Application Printout along with Challan send by Ordinary post  (no Speed-Post or Registered-Post shall be sent) to ; The Administrative Officer Recruitment Selection, ISRO Propulson Complex (IPRC), Mahandragiri Post, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu- 627133 on or before 26 August 2016.

Eligibility Criteria for Cochin Shipyard Jobs 2016 :

Age Relaxation :

Educational Qualification : Candidates should  have Pass in SSLC and Minimum four to six months training in Fire Fighting from a State Fire Force or Public Sector Undertaking or a Government recognised course from a reputed institute OR (b) Certificate in Nuclear Biological Chemical Defence and Damage Control (NBCD), including fire fighting on-board ships from Armed Forces/Recognised Institutions or Knowledge  in  Malayalam  is desirable for the post of Fireman, Pass in SSLC and One year Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Safety from a Government recognized institute or Public Sector Undertaking for the post of Safety Assistant.

Application Fee : Candidates Have to Pay Rs.100/- through Demand Draft in Favour of Cochin Shipyard Limited on any Nationalised bank payable at Kochi. No application fee for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) / Person with Disability (PWD).
