Eligibility Criteria for Southern Railways Recruitment 2016 -

Age :- Candidates Upper age Limit is 47 year for SC/ST, Maximum age limit is 45 year for OBC, 42 YEAR Ur (General)  As on 01 July 2016

Educational Qualification :- Candidates should  have a 12th or equivalent examination passed with 50% marks for General /OBC. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen and for candidates who are graduates for post of Commercial Clerk/Ticket Examiner, pass a 12th or its equavilant examination with 50% marks (Only for General /OBC) with typing speed 30 w.p.m. in Engish/ 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer/Typewriter for the post of Clerk-cum-Typist.

Cherian Cresent Road, Behind Ethiraj College, Egmore, Chennai 600 008 o­n or before 01 August  2016.The Application format & Notification  download at the official website (www.rrcmas.in).The  last  date  & time for receipt of application in RRC is “SACRO SANCT”.  There is no need to attach the attested copies of certificates in proof of their passing  Matriculation, +2/Pre-Degree and Degree in any discipline for educational qualifications and Community Certificate in the case  of  SC/ST/OBC,    which  will  be  called  and  verified  for  the  qualified  candidates during document verification.For more details read the official notification.
