Age :- Candidates should have completed 21 year and not be more then 65 years as on 01 July 2016.
Educational Qualification :- Candidates should have a MBA/PG Diploma in management/Health administration from a recognized institute/university. Should have one year of working experience/Basic knowledge of computer for District Program Coordinator, a Graduate with certificate course in computer operation (2 months)/driving license & 2 years of work experience for District PMDT, a MBA/PG Diploma in management/Health administration from a recognized institute/university. Should have one year of working experience for District PPM Coordinator, a Bachelor Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course from a recognized university. Certificate course in computer operation For Senior Treatment Supervisor.
