Eligibility Criteria for Cochin Shipyard Jobs 2016 :

Age : Candidates Upper age Limit is 30 years as on 12 August 2016

Age Relaxation :
1.SC/ST Candidates - 05 years
2.OBC Candidates - 03 years
3.PH Candidates - 10 years

Educational Qualification : Candidates should  have Pass in SSLC and Minimum four to six months training in Fire Fighting from a State Fire Force or Public Sector Undertaking or a Government recognised course from a reputed institute OR (b) Certificate in Nuclear Biological Chemical Defence and Damage Control (NBCD), including fire fighting on-board ships from Armed Forces/Recognised Institutions or Knowledge  in  Malayalam  is desirable for the post of Fireman, Pass in SSLC and One year Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Safety from a Government recognized institute or Public Sector Undertaking for the post of Safety Assistant.

Application Fee : Candidates Have to Pay Rs.100/- through Demand Draft in Favour of Cochin Shipyard Limited on any Nationalised bank payable at Kochi. No application fee for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) / Person with Disability (PWD).

How to Apply : Eligible and Interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form  along with self-attested copies of all certificates for proof of age, qualifications, mark sheets, experience, caste, disability etc, and the Demand Draft send to The Chief General Manager (HR), Cochin Shipyard Ltd, Kochi-682015 on or before 12 August 2016.
