Age :- Candidates Upper age Limit is 30 years as on 31 July 2016.

Age Relaxation :-
1.SC/ST Candidates - 5 years
2.OBC Candidates - 3 years
3.PWD Candidates - 10 years

Educational Qualification :- Candidates should  have a First Class Degree in Engineering /Technology in concerned discipline with 60 % marks in aggregate of all semester and two years of post qualification experience for Engineer, a Engineering Graduate in either Chemical or Mechanical discipline with Two years full-time regular course leading to Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all Semesters / years with two years of post qualification experience For Marketing Officer, a Graduate in any discipline with two years fulltime regular course leading to Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work / Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Human Resources with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all Semesters / years with two years of post qualification experience For Human Resources Offcier, a  Bachelor Degree in Law with 55% marks in aggregate with two years of post qualification experience For Law Officer.

Selection Process :- The  Candidates selection will be made on Written Test & Personal Interview.
