Age :- Candidates Upper age Limit is 29 For General (born between 02 July 1987 and 01 July 1998) & 32 years For OBC (born between 02 July 1984 and 01 July 1998) & 34 years For SC/ST (born between 02 July 1982 and 01 July 1998).
  
Educational Qualification :- Candidates should  have aGraduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years’ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations For Customer Agent, a HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/faculty from a recognized Board/University with knowledge of basic computer operations For Junior Customer Agent.

Selection Process :- The Candidates Selection will be based on Personal Interview.

Application fee :- Candidates should be pay Rs. (300/-) through demand draft drawn in favour of Air India Air Transport Services Limited”, payable at Mumbai. No application fee for SC/ST/ Ex-Servicemen.

How to Apply :- All Eligible and Interested candidates may appear for Interview with prescribed application form along with coloured passport size photograph (not more than 3 months old), self-attested & original copies of supportive documents in respect of educational qualification, date of birth proof, experience, technical/ license qualifications & caste certificate (for SC/ ST/ OBC) at the time of Interview.
